Hey, I have faced the issue of how to get rid of yellow stain on toilet seat and figured out a good DIY solution which worked well for me. I used vinegar and can tell you the steps.
How to Clean Yellow Toilet Seat?
Here is the process through which you can clean your yellow toilet seat:
Pour some white vinegar all over your toilet seat and vowel.
Then, let it sit for around 15 minutes. Then, use a scrubbing brush or scouring pad and brush the set in circular motions.
Let it stay like that for another 5 to 10 minutes. After the wait, rinse your toilet seat and bowl and dry them with a paper towel.
You can also make a vinegar and baking soda solution to clean your toilet seat.
Mix vinegar and baking soda in equal parts and let the fizzing happen. After that, pour the paste over the toilet seat and bowl.
Let the mixture sit for about 2 hours. Scrub the mixture and flush.
If you feel like fizzing in the beginning is too much, let the solution sit on the toilet overnight and then continue the rest of the process the next day.
This is all I have to share with you. I hope you know how can I remove yellow stains from toilet seats.

Professional cleaners usually use their cleaning solution to get rid of the yellow stains. The NoBroker cleaner I hired followed the below process:
They cleaned the entire toilet seat with plain water.
Then they applied their cleaning solution on the toilet completely and let it sit for almost half an hour.
After that, they used scrubbers to get rid of the yellow stains and left it like that for 10 minutes.
At last, they washed the toilet with water two-three times and made it look all new.
But if the stains are mere and you want to know how to clean yellow stains in toilet seat at home here is what you can use:
