• Select the credit card you want to close

• Enter the last four digits of your credit card next

• Make sure to select the reason for closing your credit card

• You will next receive an OTP that you will be asked to enter 

• Once you enter the OTP, your request will be submitted 

HDFC will send you a notification about your credit card closure and provide you with updates as well. If you find this online process difficult, you can visit the bank and fill out a credit card closure form as well
