Here are the steps that the executive told me about closing the RD account.
He told me to open the
ICICI iMobile PayApp.
Next, I had to login in to the app using my username and password.
After that, he asked me to locate and tap on Accounts and Deposit.
Following that, he told me to click on the Deposits (FD/RD) option and tap on the arrow direction button under that section.
Now, tap on the More Options tab and then on Close RD.
Next, he asked me to tap on Submit and do the same for the screen after.
Finally, to complete the process, he said to enter the number behind the ICICI debit card and tap on the Submit button again.
