This relates to the ___________ (cheque number) dated _________ (date) that I issued on behalf of _______(Beneficiary Name) and which was bounced.
I would want to state that on that specific day, I made _____ (number of transactions); the ____ (number of cleared cheques) cleared cheques got passed, but just this one cheque bounced.
Given that I have enough money in my account and double-check my signatures before issuing any cheques, it is highly unlikely for a cheque to bounce.
Please provide a prompt explanation for the transaction's failure, and kindly reprocess the cheque if it was discovered in the queue.
Kind regards,

The payee is required to send a legal notice or return cheque collection letter to bank requesting payment whenever a cheque bounces due to insufficient funds and is returned by the bank. In India, a cheque bounce is a violation of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act of 1881. The legal notice informs the cheque's drawer that he must pay the amount stated on the check or face legal action in accordance with the Negotiable Instruments Act in the appropriate court.

How to get bounced cheque from bank?
Immediately reach out to the business, association, or person who had a go at encashing the cheque. Communicate as soon as possible if you know that your cheque has bounced or has a chance of bouncing, and cover the bounced amount as soon as possible to reduce any confusion that may have resulted from the bounced cheque. It's possible that the bounced cheque was an accident and that all you need to do is make up for the lack of funds. In such a circumstance, cover the sum rapidly.
In the event that you don't have the expected assets, talk with the beneficiary about the circumstance. Part-payment plans may be possible through negotiation and arrangement.
I hope this explains to you the cheque bounce letter format.
