The complaint's progress is monitored and updated on a regular basis. Customers can inquire about the status of their complaints by contacting the call center staff. If the complaint is not handled within a certain amount of time, it is raised to the attention of relevant officials in order to speed up the procedure. Let’s take an example of Maharashtra Board.
