If the issue about the wrong electricity bill has not been resolved by the local electricity board. You can file a complaint in consumer court. You can consult a lawyer about your complaint. Draft a consumer complaint talking about the problem. Remember to mention details of steps previously taken to resolve the issue.

The government of India has allocated the number 1912 to Electricity call centers. These call centers handle customer complaints and more.
