1. First, I downloaded the ICICI iMobile Pay App and logged in.

2. Then, I clicked on Cards and Forex, then selected my credit card.

3. Next, under the ‘manage cards’ section, I clicked on the ‘Convert to EMI’ option.

4. Then, I selected the credit card number and the transaction.

5. Finally, I chose the EMI tenure and clicked on ‘Submit’.

That’s how to convert my ICICI credit card bill into EMI. 

Alternative Ways

I learned you can also go through WhatsApp banking or SMS to get this facility. Here are some steps you can take.

1. Send a WhatsApp message with ‘Hi’ to +918640086400.

2. Click ‘All Services’, then select the ‘Credit Card Services’

3. Select the Convert Txn to EMI, then click on the Credit Card.

4. Then, select Transaction for EMI conversion and EMI Plan/Tenure.

5. Click on ‘Confirm’.

6. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, which has to be entered followed by the last 4 digits of your PAN.
