• A form will appear titled "Changes / Additions to Annexures and 1-B"

• Here you will have to enter details starting with the name of the complainant, their mobile number, address, aadhaar card number, and email ID.

• Now you will have to input the type of complaint.

• Then choose the name of your district and your circle name.

• After this, enter your village name and khata number and click on submit.

• You will then be redirected to a new page where you can make changes as per your need.
