I asked a friend of mine to do wall art and she did an abstract painting surrounding the board and it looked too good. You can try painting such arts as well

I also bought some wall stickers from flipkart and used them on the switch boards . So that's another way to make your boards bright and beautiful
You can cover the boards with bright colored fabrics as well
