Remove BaseAsk your friend/family member to hold the chair’s base and then pull the chair’s upper side. You might have to strike the chair with the hammer in some cases. In that case, keep a wooden plank under the seat and strike it with the hammer to release the pressure in the gas lift and separate the base.
Remove Arm RestFor this, you will have to take the help of a screwdriver or an Allen key. Now, just unscrew the screws or the bolt and remove the armrest. Before you pull the armrest, make sure there isn’t a bolt left holding the armrest with the chassis of the chair.
Remove HeadrestLastly, remove the headrest by unscrewing the joining point. In some cases, you might want to remove the seat too. For this, you can remove the seat by unscrewing the bolts. This is how disassemble office chair process ends!
