However I can give you an approximate cost to build a house. Let me start with the materials, their cost and the amount.
For 500 sq ft construction of a house
Steel required is about 2000 kg (2MT). If 1-ton steel costs Rs 70000 then the cost of 2000kg steel = Rs(70000 *2) = Rs 140000
Sand required is about 600 cft (6brass, 27MT). The cost of sand per ton is Rs 1000 so the cost of 27MT = Rs(27*1000) = Rs 27000
Cement required will be about 200 bags of 50kg. The cost of cement per bag is Rs 4000 so the cost of 200 bags = Rs(200* 400) = Rs 80000
For aggregate, let the cost be about Rs 34000
For bricks let 4000nos be required. Let each brick be Rs 7 so 4000 bricks will cost Rs (7*4000)= 28000
The total amount coming here is Rs 309,000. Now, apart from these, you will need gates, stairs, windows, doors, a drainage system, electricity and a lot of other things.
These things will cost about Rs 3-4 lacs.
So on average, you will need to spend at least 7 to 8 lacs to have a standard house.
I hope this answer has given you an idea about how you can calculate how much a 500 sq ft house will cost. If you have some other query, feel free to post it again precisely here.
