• Firstly, cleanse your Pooja room with water or Gangajal.

• Take a Chaupai and cover it with a piece of new cloth.

• After that, place the image or idol of the Snake God on the Chaupai.

• Next to the idol, light an oil lamp (preferably on the right-hand side).

• Now, you have to take a vow to perform the pooja with sincere devotion.

• Sprinkle milk and water on the idol or image and then apply Akshat, Kumkum, Haldi Chandan on it.

• After that, offer flowers, Naivedhya, and dhoop.

• Now, ask for Kshama Yachana (seek forgiveness) for any error while performing the pooja.

• Finally, bow before the deity, seek his blessings and conclude the pooja.
