Visit the
Department of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, Government of West Bengalportal
Select Citizen Tab
Click on New Registration
Fill in all the details like name, age, email and others
Click on Submit
Tap on the Login option next
Select Name Change in the Water Connection option from Water, Sewer/Drain Connection
Enter AIN or Buyer Mobile Number
Click on Submit
Fill in all the details in the form next like applicant type, name, address and others
Click on Next
Then tap the Owner Declaration Check box and select Save
View the form and click on the Send to Nodal Officer option
