Hey,

Banks ask customers to link their mobile numbers to their bank accounts. This is done for security measures and authentication purposes. You can link your account easily with the following process: 

Visit the ATM of the bank where you have an account

  • Insert your card and provide the PIN

  • Select the option- Register Mobile Number

  • Provide your number and wait till you get an OTP

  • Provide the OTP in the ATM and click confirm.

You can also update your mobile number in the ATM or the net banking app of your bank.
