To transfer property through a gift deed, you need to create a legal document called a Gift Deed. The gift deed must be registered at the Sub-Registrar Office in the area where the property is located.

The following documents are required to transfer the property through a gift deed:

  • Title Deed

    : A legal document that proves the ownership of the property.

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC)

    : A certificate that states that the donor has no objection to transferring the property to the donee.

  • Identity Proof

    : A government-issued identity proof of both the donor and the donee.

  • Address Proof

    : A government-issued address proof of both the donor and the donee.
