5. On your screen, you will be able to see all your past landline bills. You can choose to download the specific bill that you want.

Apart from this, in the second step, you can choose to view the bill of any other BSNL services such as the GSM bills, CDMA bills, and the WI-MAX bills, as well.

You don't need to visit any BSNL Customer Service Center (BSNL CSC) or BSNL Office to know how to download BSNL download. You just need an active internet connection and your cell phone for it. You can download bills up to 1 year old or a maximum of 6 previous invoices. 

The biggest perk of being a BSNL customer is the free access to their website. I can pay my bills, view the entire payment history, recharge my services and even download the bill from the website. Just follow the process.

• Open the BSNL Selfcare Portal

• Log in with your customer ID and password. You can even use Google or Facebook or Microsoft or LinkedIn accounts to log into BSNL Payment Portal.

• If you are unable to log in, register yourself as a user on the site. 

• On the ‘Landline’ tab, enter your BSNL FTTH number without zero 

• You will be redirected to a new page. 

• Then, click on the ‘MY BILLS’ tab

• All previously paid bills will be displayed.

• Click on the bill you wish to download. 

• The bill will open up in a new window.

• To start the downloading process, click on the ‘Download PDF’ button. The download button will be present on the top right corner of the page.
