Encumbrance Statement
website and enter Document Number, Year of Registration and Registered at SRO.
Then click on submit to download your EC.
There is another method of
EC document download Telangana. For that you need to follow these steps.
Go to the
Telangana Registration
website and click on the Encumbrance Certificate option under the Online Services section.
Then you will have to log in.
You will have to choose the type of user from department, citizen, stamp vendor.
Then enter your mobile number or email ID and your password and the captcha code and login.
You will then be redirected to download your EC.

If you choose the “By Document Number” option, you will have to enter details like Document Number, Year of Registration, and Registered at SRO. If you choose the “By Property” option, you will have to enter details like locality details and property details.
Finally, the Encumbrance Certificate will appear on the page. After that, you will be able to download it.
