Register yourself on the Department of Registration and Stamp website of the Government of Maharashtra.
Click the new entry button on the homepage to raise a new request.
Fill in your mobile number and click on the send OTP button to receive OTP.
Enter the received OTP and submit the form
After the refund token number gets generated, enter the password and confirm the password.
Enter the captcha and submit the form. Select refund of stamp duty or registration fee.
Enter Personal and address details and save the form.
Fill in the Stamp purchaser personal, address details and bank details for refund amount credit.
Then, select stamp type and enter stamp details.
Choose the reason for the refund. Select whether the document is registered or unregistered.
You can view INDEX II by entering document details.
Enter answers to questions given in the form.
Upload all required documents displayed on the page. You can view the data entry preview and submit the data.
You can download suggestive formats of Refund Application, Affidavit, and Statement.
