4. A new page will open, enter your account number and click on submit to get your interest certificate.

How to Download Interest Certificate from HDFC Home Loan Offline?

You can also obtain the HDFC home loan interest certificate, offline, through an HDFC Bank branch.

• To obtain the HDFC home loan interest certificate, from a bank branch you will have to fill out a form in the branch as directed by the bank staff.

• You will have to provide information such as the applicant's name, date of birth, email address, and contact details, along with the home loan account number associated with the financial year.

• Then submit the appropriate documentation, such as your passport, Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc., to serve as identification.

• Although it is recommended that only the applicant or co-applicant for an HDFC loan visit the branch to pick up their certificates if a third person does come, they must have a letter of authorisation and evidence of identification for both the applicant and co-applicant.

• Visit the

  HDFC Ltd

  website and click on the option of ‘existing customer’ which you can find on the top right side of the home page that will open. 

• From there, you will have to click on the option ‘For Home Loans’ and you will get a list of all the services.

• Now choose the option ‘Certificate of Interest’ and then enter your account number.

• After this, click on the ‘submit’ option.

• You must note here that the loan account number of the loan applicant must be relevant for the interest certificate in the prior fiscal year.

• After clicking on ‘submit’, you will be able to see your particle email address and name on the screen.

• After this, verify all your details and then click on the email button to confirm your mail ID

• After this, your home loan interest certificate will be processed.
