Purpose of Download Land Patta

  1. Ownership Verification: A Patta establishes legal ownership of land or property. It contains details about the owner, survey number, and other relevant information.

  2. Tax Assessment: Local authorities use the Patta to assess property taxes. It helps determine the tax liability based on the land’s classification (agricultural, residential, or commercial).

  3. Land Records: The Patta is part of the land records maintained by the revenue department. It ensures transparency and prevents disputes related to ownership.

  4. Access to Government Services: Having a valid Patta is necessary for availing government services related to land, such as obtaining loans, subsidies, or grants.
