You can file a case against the builder, agent , project builder under the RERA Tribunal. RERA or Real Estate Regulatory Authority was set by the Government to decrease fraudulent crimes committed by  builders. You can contact a local RERA representative or the Authority itself. The officials will help you file an official complaint.You can reach out to a property lawyer to represent you and file a court case. Their expertise in the field will help you out.

How to file a complaint against builder in consumer court ?

You can contact Consumer Disputes Redressal Agencies to file a complaint. Reach out to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum as your needs. In your drafted complaint, mention important details about the issue being faced by you.
