Read the Regulations: First, carefully review the HRERA (filing of Complaints) Regulations.

Visit the HRERA Website:

Fill out the Haryana RERA complaint online registration form:

  • Complete the complaint registration form as prompted by the system.

  • After submitting the form, you’ll receive an online complaint number.

Make Payment: Pay the requisite fee (complaint fees at Rs. 1000 per complaint plus Rs. 10 per annexure attached) through Demand Draft in favor of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority Panchkula, payable at Panchkula bank branch or via Online Payment Gateway.

Prepare Documents:

  • Print three copies of the Registration Form (Performa-B).

  • Type out the detailed complaint in the prescribed format.

  • Attach a self-declared certificate stating that a copy of the complaint has been sent directly to the respondent.

Submit Documents: Physically deliver the set of documents (complaint registration form, annexure, demand draft, detailed typed complaint, and self-declared certificate) to the HRERA office by hand or post.

Check Complaint Status: Regularly check the status of your complaint on the HRERA website using the complaint number.
