Visit the HRERA Website:

HRERA Panchkula web portal

HRERA Gurugram web portal

Click on the “Haryana RERA complaint” tab.
Fill out the Haryana RERA complaint online registration form:
Complete the complaint registration form as prompted by the system.
After submitting the form, you’ll receive an online complaint number.
Make Payment: Pay the requisite fee (complaint fees at Rs. 1000 per complaint plus Rs. 10 per annexure attached) through Demand Draft in favor of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority Panchkula, payable at Panchkula bank branch or via Online Payment Gateway.
Prepare Documents:
Print three copies of the Registration Form (Performa-B).

Attach a self-declared certificate stating that a copy of the complaint has been sent directly to the respondent.
