If you are opting for the offline procedure to obtain your EC, you will need Form 22. This Form 22 is all about Searches, Inspections, and Grant of Copies. I will share with you the EC form 22 filled sample below but before this let me share with you the process to fill the form 22 for EC.   1. Address the application in form 22 to the sub-registrar office and state the jurisdiction where the property registration will take place.
  2. Fill the Form 22 and provide the necessary details along with the documents required.
You should provide information including:
  • The name of the two parties: the buyer and seller. You should attach the registration deed of the property.
  • Information of the property such as village name and the property description.
  • Attach the deed copies and mention the details of the property as same as mentioned in the deed copies.
  • The time span for EC must be extracted.
