I struggled a lot to find a girl to share a 2 BHK rental apartment with me. Maintenance charge is included in the rent or not
cook/maid/electricity bill charges included or not and more

I have also seen people mentioning non-smoker, no alcohols allowed, pets allowed or not mentioned as well so try to mention as many details as possible.
