You need to use your Airtel DTH remote for this. I first pressed the menu button on my DTH remote.
Under that I clicked on the ‘My Account’ option.
The Airtel DTH ID was mentioned there, and it started with number 3.
Using Channel 998 with Remote Control
Grab your Airtel DTH remote and typed 998
There will be a ‘Help’ page.
In the help page use the remote arrow keys to go to the ‘Account Info’ section.
In that section, the customer ID will be mentioned.
Using SMS
Another way to find Airtel DTH customer ID is through SMS:
Send an SMS to 54325 by typing ‘BAL’
You will get a reply with the DTH balance along with your Airtel DTH customer ID.
With these three ways you will be able to know how to find Airtel DTH customer ID offline as there was no online process to do so.
