Through the Axis Bank mobile app:
Open the Axis Bank mobile app and log in to your account.
Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen to open the menu.

Your customer ID will be displayed under the "Customer Information" section.
By sending an SMS:
Type CUSTID <account number> and send it to 56161600 from your registered mobile number.
You will receive an SMS with your customer ID.
