1. Begin by measuring the length of the tracks you’ll require for the top and bottom of the door and transfer these measurements to your tracks with the pencil. 

2. Next, put on your safety gear and cut the tracks to size with the help of an angle grinder.

3. After this, take a spirit level to ensure the floor is level before laying the tracks on the floor. Pack up one end if it isn’t. 

4. Make a pilot hole in your floor through the track’s pre-drilled hole. Then screw the tracks down in place with your drill. 

5. Take help from someone to hold the track when screwing in the top one.

6. Place the rear door into the opening by placing it into the top track first. Carefully lower the door into the bottom rack. 

7. Lastly, place the second door into its position, starting from the top. Test the doors to see if they are closing smoothly.

How to Fit Sliding Doors on a Wardrobe?

The first step is to measure the sliding wardrobe doors. Here is how you can do that:

• Use a spirit level and check the level of the floors, ceilings and walls.

• Measure the opening’s depth and keep around 620 mm of your total wardrobe depth where the interior elements will be placed. 

• Measure the height across the space in three locations where the wardrobe will be placed. Ensure that you take the tiniest measurement so wardrobe fits the complete space.

• Measure the width of the bottom and top of the opening. Double-check all the measurements.

Let’s move on to how do you fit sliding wardrobe doors.

• Start by screwing the top track to the ceiling. Use equal spacing before positioning the bottom track on the floor without fixing it.

• Insert the door into the back channel of the bottoms of the top tracks. 

• Have the doors positioned on either side of the track and level it up. Mark the floor before you remove the door.

• Measure in 100 mm from the wall for all track kinds. Repeat this process, spacing out every track evenly across the track’s length.

• Measure 37 mm from your line and mark another line for placing the track-fixing disks. Fix these in position by screwing them to the floor with appropriate fixings.

• Mark the position of the drill holes, drill them through the track and fix them to the floor.

• Fit the back doors in, and remove the yellow transportation lock to turn on the anti-jump system. 

• Use an allen key and adjust the bottom wheels, altering the angle and height of every door. Do so by adjusting the bolt nearest to the door.

• Repeat the last 2 steps for every door to complete the installation.
