Firstly drill the grout by the side of the tile. You should dig deep to allow the adhesive to get under the tile that is loose.
Put the spout of the epoxy or adhesive into the hole that you drill and squeeze some glue or epoxy into the hole.
Now you should let the epoxy or adhesive set under the tile. You should keep squeezing the material into the hole very slowly as long as the tile doesn't settle.
To remove the bubbles, keep some heavy objects. This will help to set the tile better.
After you set the tile tape a damp cloth and remove the extra adhesive or epoxy coming out of the hole.
After 24 hours you can remove the heavy object.
Place new grouts in the holes that you have drilled.
Clean everything once you have finished.
