How to Generate DDA Ground Rent challan?

DDA stands for Delhi Development Authority. You can generate your DDA payment challan online by visiting their official portal. It is a government authority responsible for urban development and planning in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The DDA challan is used for making payments related to various services and transactions provided by the DDA. 

I have done the DDA challan payment online a couple of times so I am well aware of how to generate it as well. Let me share the process here.

What is the DDA generate challan?

To generate the DDA challan, you can 

• Visit the DDA challan portal:

  https://online.dda.org.in/onlinepmt/Forms/ddaflatspmt.aspx

• Fill in details like scheme, zone, locality, file number, and other details

• Click on Generate option below and generate it

There is another portal where you can generate it as well. Here it is:

• Select Department For Generate Challan

• Click on Go

• Enter details as asked for and generate your challan

Before understanding the DDA ground rent payment challan, I’d like to say that under the terms of the Delhi Development Act, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) was established in 1957 with the purpose of "promoting and securing the development of Delhi."

The DDA is in charge of planning, developing, and building housing projects, commercial real estate, land management, disposal of vacant land, land pooling, costing of land, etc. The DDA is an essential element for Delhi's rapid growth.

Challan Once the challan is generated and payment is made, one cannot use the same challan again. Payment made through the used challan shall be treated as Invalid!

You will need to pay the exact amount which is given in the challan, more or less amount of payment shall be treated as Invalid!

There is also no Chargeback permitted through Banks. For any chargeback, the customer/allottee will have to contact DDA. Misuse of the chargeback facility may lead to cancellation of allotment/application.

You will just need to fill in details like Scheme, Zone, Locality, File No., Name of the Allottee, Address, Pin Code, Depositor Name, Email ID, and Mobile No. The mode of payment is RTGS/NEFT or Net Banking.
