Hey,

7/12 is a record that is a copy of the land records from the accounts of the Revenue Department of the Government. One may obtain the 7/12 extract online.

  • You need to visit

    Mahabhulekh (Maharashtra Bhumi Abhilekh) main page.

  • From the drop-down menu, choose the district/region where your land is located.

  • You will be redirected to the next page, enter district, taluka and village name. 

  • Then search for your record by entering either your survey number, name etc.Hit search.

  • Enter your mobile number, verify it using OTP

  • Post this, you will be able to find your 7/12 extract.
