I have recently found the Customer ID of my Yes Bank account by following the below steps:
Go to
https://yesonline.yesbank.co.in/index.html?module=login
.
Tap on Forgot Login ID.
A pop-up is displayed that lists several locations where the Yes Bank customer ID may be found. Furthermore, it states that after clicking Proceed, the login ID would be delivered to the registered mobile phone.
Select whether to obtain details from your personal information, debit card, credit card, or loan account.
Enter all the required details.
Click the Next button.
On the registered mobile number, the OTP will be sent.
Enter the OTP and tap the Proceed button.
After verification, the Customer ID will be sent to the registered contact number.
