Click on
Departments & Services.
Select
Bangalore Development Authorityand choose
Application for New e-Khata.
Fill in the required details in the online application form.
Attach relevant documents such as sale deed, encumbrance certificate, and ID proof.
Submit the application form online.
Verify the details and proceed to attach annexures.
Save annexures and submit the application.
Authenticate using your
Aadhar Numberand receive an OTP.
After successful submission, an acknowledgment will be generated.
To download the e-Khata certificate, log in to the Seva Sindhu website and check the application status.
