My uncle has recently downloaded the EWS certificate from the official website -

https://services.india.gov.in/service/detail/apply-online-for-economically-weaker-section-ews-certificate

. If you are also looking for the same, you can get the certificate both in online and offline mode. You must go to the closest SDM (Sub-Divisional Magistrate) office or Tehsildar office and submit the necessary documents, such as income, identity proof, and proof of residency to get the EWS certificate in offline mode. The officer will provide the certificate the same day or within a few days after checking the paperwork.

However, you can also go to the respective state government website to submit an online application for the EWS certificate. I would suggest you get the certificate by offline approach, as it is more trustworthy.
