Hey Friend,
Instead of receiving a physical bill, consumers in go- green service will receive an electronic bill on their registered email.
To obtain a go-green bill, customers should register at,
Before registering for Gogreen, make sure the E-bill checkbox is selected and that your email address is provided in the Preferences section for the relevant consumer number.
After registration go to Consumer Services -> Green initiatives The consumer should input their billing unit and consumer number.
After that, the customer should enter the GGN (Go-Green Number) number that is written on the actual copy of the most recent electricity bill.
The email address associated with that customer number in WSS will get an email including a confirmation link. The Go-green registration will be finished after clicking the confirmation link in the email.
Consumers will start receiving their bills electronically starting with the following billing cycle; they will no longer receive paper copies.
