Go to the BBMP official website

Enter the information required to submit the application
Submit the drawings and documents needed to obtain the house plan approval
Pay 5% of the licence fee for scrutiny/ processing charges online
The engineer will come and do an inspection and the drawings and documents will be verified after you submit the application. According to the verification, the authorities will approve or reject the verification. After the approval, the Demand note is going to be issued for the Requisite fee. And this is how you will get the BBMP plan approval of your house.
