You will need to send an application to the competent authority like Collector, sub-divisional officer or Tehsildar along with some documents like-

• Original Sale Deed

• Paid Tax Receipt

• Mutation Letter

• Records of Rights and Tenancy Certificate

• NOC from authorities

• Copies of layout and sanction plan

The sub-divisional officer will consult with the Planning and Development Authority to check the master plan and verify whether the sanction can be done in accordance with the municipality's norms or not.
