• Collect all required documents, including the sale deed, title deed, property tax receipts, and identity proof. If the property is under a loan, the bank will also need to issue a NOC stating that the loan has been cleared or is being transferred.

• Draft a formal application requesting a NOC, mentioning the purpose of the sale and property details. 

• Submit it to the respective authority along with the required documents.

• The concerned authority will conduct a verification process. Ensure that all dues are cleared to avoid delays.

• Upon successful verification, the NOC will be issued, typically within 7 to 30 days. This document will confirm that the property is free from disputes and can be legally sold.
