In Telangana, it is issued by the Department of GHMC only if the constructed building is in the appropriate condition for occupancy.

• Tap on “Online Services” and choose the “Submission of building the application” button

• On the new page, you will have to log in to the platform

• Choose the “Occupancy” tab and then the building completion on top of the page.

• You have to choose the Yes or No option for the “Do you have a DPMS online building permit no.” question

• If you choose “Yes”, you will have to fill in the DPMS (Online approval) File No. and tap on the “Find” option.

• After that, you will find the details of the sanctioned file in the application form.

• Now check if the details are correct and tap on the “Save and continue” button.

• If the Building Permission isn’t issued under the Online procedure, enter the required details in the application form.

• After that, you just have to save the page and then the system will create a New file Number.

• Open the New proposal and choose a document option and upload the relevant Plans or documents.

• Make sure all the information is correct before the final submission.

• After that, you will receive the acknowledgment/file number as well as SMS on your registered mobile number for further reference.
