How to Download Ownership Certificate?

To get an Ownership Certificate in Kerala, you will have to follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to the Official website of

Sanchaya Revenue and Licence

page.

Step 2: You will get the option to get the Property Tax Search- Plinth Area, Ownership Certificate download, the Building Age Certificate, D&O Licence e-filing (Urban), e-Payment Status and Change Local Body

Step 3: Click on the ‘Ownership Certificate’ option. 

Step 4: A new page will open asking you to enter details like the ward year, ward number/ door number/ sub number. Enter these details and click on the ‘search’ tab.

Step 5: Once you find the address and property for which you want the Ownership certificate, you can ‘View OC’ for the address and download a PDF file for the same.

  • Visit the local Divisional Revenue Office 

  • There, you will have to fill an application form.

  • You will then have to fill the required details

  • Attach the copy of documents as mentioned in the form. 

  • Pay the fee for the form

  • You will then have to submit the form to the revenue officer. 

  • Once, your application is verified 

  • The applicant(you) will receive a message on your mobile number.

  • You will then be notified about the next step in how to get ownership certificate and collection details.

    How do I  get a certificate of title for my property ?

You will have to write an application to the

district Tehsil office or revenue officer.Stating that you want a

certificate of title for your property.

How to get a land title certificate ?

Along with the steps mentioned above, attach the following documents in your application. 

  • ID proof (PAN card, Voter ID, etc.)

  • Aadhaar card

  • Copy of Registration of property

  • Proof of Identity or Ration card

  • A copy of the EC.
