Do know having a Passbook is very important. My brother lost his passbook last month but remained very casual since he could check all the transactions via Paytm. But do know that when you use credit card transactions, it is not shown in Paytm so a passbook is a must to know about each and every transaction. You might be getting mails and messages that are linked with your account and think without a passbook you can go on but no. I would hereby request you to quote an application letter to your bank branch manager and ask him for a duplicate passbook. It takes a maximum of 10 days to get a new one.
