I visited the NoBroker website and clicked on their Rental Agreement Services
Select Delhi from city choices
Entered a few personal details like name, mobile number, email address, etc. and the price quotes were sent on my email address
Next, I entered details in the template agreement given and submitted the draft
They confirmed my submission and said that the they will print the agreement on a legal stamp paper
And in 3 days, I got the rent agreement via courier on my address.
You will have to keep the following documents with you:
Title deed of property
Tax receipts
Two photographs of yourself, tenants and one of each of the witnesses
Aadhar Card/ Ration Card/ Bank Passbook or Driving License for address proof.
