Having a clean room is bliss! But sometimes we tend to ignore some things happening around us. The same thing happened to me too. The house I have gets damp easily in the monsoon season and this year molds grew on my wall. But dealing with fungus or molds is not easy. You can affect your health if you fail to follow proper instructions. I searched on the internet about wall fungus treatment and I applied them myself and I can proudly say I successfully removed the fungus from my walls on my own.
How to clean fungus from walls?
I protected my eyes with safety goggles before cleaning the fungus from the wall. I also used gloves, and a mask to cover myself. The chlorine bleach is harsh, it can affect your skin so I would suggest you to take as much protection as possible before cleaning. It is better to keep your windows open if you are cleaning molds.
Tools required:
Water
Cloth
Stiff and bristled brush
Chlorine bleach
Step by step process on how to get rid of fungus on walls
For wall fungus treatment you need to:
Take one part of chlorine bleach and three-part of water and make a mixture out of it.
With stiff and bristled brush starts scrubbing the fungus-affected area in an up and down motion.
After scrubbing, rinse the blackened area with a cloth and water and let it dry.
I used this method and I could get rid of molds easily.
I hope you like my answer on wall fungus treatment.
