Until I bought a property for myself, I had no idea that there was something called a property card online Bangalore.  But I would say it is a very useful certificate that contains some very crucial information about a property. It contains the details of a property like its area and number, the details of ownership, the dimensional map and location of a property along with the details of all the neighbouring properties, all of the details about the existing loans on the property and any restrictions or rights over the property. 1. You need to first go to the

   Plan and Development Office website

   and click on the

   eDharti portal

   .

2. On the eDharti page, you would have to log in using your credentials.  If you are a new user, you will have to register yourself first.

3. To register yourself, enter either your Aadhar number, PAN Card number, Passport, PION, or OCIN.

4. You will have to input your name, date of birth, and gender and then enter the security code.

5. Now enter all of the other required details and upload an applicant photo. Then click on the ‘next’ button.

6. You will also have to enter all of the property details that are asked for and then you will be registered on the website.

7. After your registration the system will issue your property card.

8. If you want to download or print your property card you will have to visit the eDharti portal.

9. A map will open up where you will have to enter the address that you want the property card for.

10. Once you locate your property on the map you can click on the option ‘View Property card’.

11. After this you can click on the option ‘click here to print’ to download and print your property card.
