I love our royal blue coloured curtains but their rings are quite big and easily visible. My friends visited me and suggested to hide them and that is when I learned how to hide curtain ring clips. There are many ways you can implement them, so let me share a few of them here.

How do you hide clips on curtain rings?

Here are some ways in which you can hide your curtain rings:

  • Create a fabric pocket at the top of your curtain panel and insert the curtain ring clips inside, hiding them from view.

  • Attach the curtain ring clips to the backside of the curtain panel, behind the hem, so they are concealed from the front.

  • Opt for curtain ring tape, which has concealed rings sewn into the fabric, creating a seamless appearance.

  • Attach small Velcro tabs to the back of the curtain panel and to the ring clips, securing them discreetly.

  • Select curtain rings that come with fabric inserts that match your curtains, concealing the clips.

  • Create pleats or folds in the curtain fabric at regular intervals, securing the clips within the folds.

  • Sew fabric tabs onto the curtain panel and attach the clips to these tabs, keeping them out of sight.

  • Use magnetic curtain clips that hold the fabric together without any visible hardware.
