How to install awning?
The process of installing most types of awning is the same. You need to think about the material (Wood, Wood Product, and Vinyl Siding) of the awning and the material( OSB, solid wood, and plywood ) of the support structure. The weight of the awning should be held easily by the wall/backing material.
How to install a retractable awning on a brick wall?
Once the position of the awning has been marked, you should level the awning and ensure it's straight.
Mark the position of the support bracket with the help of chalk.
Screw the support bracket into the wall
Hold the awning to its place and bolt it directly onto the bracket
If the awning is motorised then, you need to plug wires/ cords into an electrical outlet
How to install retractable awning on stucco?
You need to look at the brand of the awning and use a large bolt or a screw to attach the awing to the stucco bracket.
Just attach all hardware to the awning bar
Make sure, all the screws have been tightened and the awning doesn't move.
