How to Attach LED Strip Lights?

Here is the method you can follow:

1. Begin by measuring the areas where you intend to install the strips. Do consider the corners and other regions during the measurement. 

2. Purchase the lights, keeping the measurements in mind. When you choose the strips, ensure to go over the colour temperature, brightness and any other features you need.

3. Clean the installation space well. Use a gentle cleaning solution and a soft cloth to remove debris and dirt. Let the wall dry completely.

4. Now, peel the backing of the adhesive strip and find the starting point of your LED strip, which is indicated by a designated marker or cut line. 

5. Gently peel back a small part of the adhesive backing, which will expose the sticky side of the strip. Don’t touch the adhesive with your fingers. 

6. Apply the strips to the surface firmly. Press the adhesive portion well and ensure the strips align with your measurements. 

7. Continue peeling off more backing and sticking it on the surface. Smooth out the strip as you go on.

8. Use scissors to cut off the excess lighting at the designated cut lines. 

9. Turn on the lights and check that the connection isn’t loose.
