I followed the below process to recover the password of e way bill of my uncle:

• There, I tapped on the “Forgot Password” option.

• Following that, I selected the state from the dropdown list.

• I then mentioned his username, mobile number and the displayed Captcha.

• Then, I clicked on the “Submit” button. An SMS with a new one-time password (OTP) was sent to my uncle's registered mobile number.

• Finally, I used the received password and resetted it with a new one to log in.
