Individuals who want to link their Aadhaar card with their ration card offline can follow the steps below. I am mentioning these steps as my brother has recently linked his Aadhaar and ration card offline. The steps which he followed are as follows:

• He made photocopies of all family members' Aadhaar cards, as well as a copy of his ration card,

• Also, he made a photocopy of his bank passbook as during that time he has not yet linked his Aadhaar card to his bank account

• He got a passport-sized photograph of the family's head to the ration office or Public Distribution System (PDS)/ration shop with these documents
