Do you want to link mobile number to bank account? If so then you can actually do it by visiting the nearest ATM of your bank. Use your debit card and insert it in the slot. Use the 'register mobile number' option to enter your mobile number and OTP. Once you have entered the OTP, click on confirm.
This is the easiest way.

Where do you want to link your mobile number? If you want to link your mobile number to bank account then submit your KYC documents and duly filled KYC application in the bank. Once your details are verified, your mobile number will be updated and linked to your bank account.
