You can make this colour by mixing light blue and light green. Just take these paints on a palette and mix them with an art knife. 

Another way to make this colour is by mixing three ratios of blue with two ratios of yellow. This will form aqua. You can add a spec of silver to the mix if you want a little bit of shine. 

I make the colour by mixing two parts blue along with one part green. Following it up with half to one part yellow. It makes the perfect aqua blue. 

The last way to make this colour is by taking phthalo blue paint and mixing it with some bright yellow paint. You can add a little amount of white paint in the middle as well.
